This place is well organized. The location is closed to Walmart, Polytec campus, other infra. Rent price is affordable, everything is quicly processed. Officers are really nice and kind. The rooms are clean and new, satisfying for new home.

I have been very pleased with all office staff from day one when I first moved in back in November 2024. I want to take a moment to recognize the amazing team, Menchie, Sierra, Jennifer, Lisa, and anyone else I may not have mentioned by name that work in the office. They have consistently been professional, helpful, and genuinely caring toward the residents. They always greet with a smile! Whether I’ve had a maintenance request or a general question, they have always responded promptly and efficiently. It’s clear they take pride in their work and are committed to making this a great place to live. Their dedication, kindness, and attention to detail do not go unnoticed by me and I am sure by others as well. I’d also like to take a moment to recognize the maintenance team, (particularly Paul) for his outstanding work in keeping the apartment complex well maintained. Paul has consistently responded to maintenance requests promptly and efficiently. He is both professional and friendly, and it’s clear that he too takes great pride in his work as well. Thank you all for everything you do!

Sierra and Menchie solved my stupid bug problem which made my wife and I and i’s day, they are always so nice and help us with whatever we have. The apartment is nice and there’s a pool so have fun with that lol😏

Sierra was amazing and helped us with every question we had! My friend and I are first time renters and she made it so easy to get an apartment here! And Paul helped us with any problems we had within the apartment. They both were perfect and definitely recommend coming to sierra if you are a first time renter or anything!

I think it was the best interaction with sierra she was amazing and really kind I loved the way she made us feel especially since it was our first time moving into an apartment!!!
