I love my apartment, it is a little bit more on the pricey side after all the fees and what not but you get what you pay for. I’ve only been here 2 months but I’ve had a great experience so far compared to my last apartment. The staff are very friendly they listen to concerns and they’re willing to go over anything with you. Although the kitchen lay out is very awkward the apartment it self is beautiful.

I just moved here from abroad to start at ASU polytechnic. Everyone here at The Maxwell has been welcoming. The apartment is really nice, I have the 1bd 1bath apartment and it’s awesome. Sireea was an amazing person. from day one she helped me through the entire process of moving in and made sure that everything went smoothly. Paul from maintenance did everything to help us. He answered all our questions regarding the apartment’s configuration. They made moving in so much easier!

My mom recently moved here and I wanted to share our experience so far. The leasing process was fairly smooth, and Sierra was always responsive when answering questions before move-in and after the move-in. On the day we got the keys, she was friendly and made sure we had all the information we needed for utilities, parking, and community amenities. The apartment itself matched the photos and description. The unit was generally clean on arrival, and there were no issues. The community seems well-kept, and neighbors I’ve met so far have been welcoming. The amenities are accessible and in good condition. Parking is straightforward, and there’s clear communication on rules and procedures. Overall, the initial move-in experience has been positive, and I’m hopeful the good service continues throughout the lease. Sierra was awesome before and after the move-in.

Well, Paul came to my apartment in less than an hour and checked my A/C unit which was down cause, Arizona, right? But he came quickly, went up to see it and said that he'll probably have to call this in. But he did have a solution to my immediate problem which came in the form of a portable AC unit and brought that up really quickly so I do appreciate how expedient he was about it along with receiving the call. Very professional about his work despite how hot it was.

During our year and a half spent at this apartment complex, we enjoyed it. It's fairly quiet, but I lived in a building away from the pool and I'd say we lucked out at living in a quiet building. There's a small dog park and you can walk your dog around the complex. If I had to complain about anything, it's the tenants but that's not management's fault. People aren't very considerate at night hanging outside and being loud. Tenants bullying and calling each other out on the Little Bird discussion app. Tenants littering. Not picking up after their pets. Not knowing where the dumpster is and overflowing the trash cans. We are upstairs (3rd floor) neighbors and our downstairs neighbor complained about us stomping when we're just walking & existing in our unit, unintentionally stomping, so the floors may be fragile. I guess if you don't want to hear people existing on top of you, I'd suggest a third floor unit - it's worth the walk upstairs. Staff is great! I'm sad to see some lease consultants leave from my time here, but every new lease consultant has always been professional and generous. Maintenance is awesome. We have built a friendship with Paul. He's a treasure to the staff team.

Great management! I met with Menchie months before I was able to move in, but she and the rest of the team (Sierra and Lisa) were fantastic to work with throughout the entire process. Sierra was super helpful on move-in day as well, sorting out any questions I had. The courtyards and pool are well-kept, units are nice, and Cox Fiber services the complex. Highly recommend this place!

This place is well organized. The location is closed to Walmart, Polytec campus, other infra. Rent price is affordable, everything is quicly processed. Officers are really nice and kind. The rooms are clean and new, satisfying for new home.

I’m a new resident at The Maxwell and so far I have had a good experience. I have to give a huge shout out to Paul on the maintenance team. One of the first nights I was here I locked myself out of my apartment (they have smart lock key pads for the doors) so I called the office after hours and left a message for the maintenance line hoping for a resolution. Paul came quickly and was eager to assist. He was helpful, cheerful, and truly a great employee. He showed me how to change the batteries in the key pad and offered help anytime. Thank you Paul for coming to the rescue!!

Silver always helps me find the right apartment. My move in process is always smooth and easy. Silver always went above and beyond to assist me. She replied to all my emails quickly when I was literally stationed across the globe with a 10 hour time difference. This is the only apartments I've lived in since moving to Arizona and this is my third time moving in. The apartments and property are amazing but what keeps me coming back is the great customer service. I just hope that I don't have to leave anytime soon due to military duty. But If i do leave I know Silver will be here to take care of me when I return.

Initially based on reviews and ratings, I was skeptical about the apartments, but visited once and decided to sign up for an apartment. Silver Valdez Williams was very helpful in showing the apartment, signing up, moving in, and resolving any issues. The only issue I faced was a pungent smell from hot water but it disappeared after 4-5 days, once I reported it.

The washer and dryer inside the apartment is an added bonus. The staff are responsive to any questions I may have or assistance needed in the apartment.

I recently moved in a month ago and I have really enjoyed living here. The grounds are nice, clean and still look new. I enjoy the gym and the pool area is really nice. My apt is cozy and exactly what I was looking for in my new home search. Silver has been especially helpful with making my move-in process seamless along with the rest of the friendly staff Corinne, Art, Caleb, and Jennifer have all been wonderful.
