I had Sierra helped me with my tour and apartment application process. Not only she responded in a reasonable time frame, she was extremely knowledgeable with all the questions I have. I believe I'm in great care with Maxwell's management team :)

Paul did an amazing job solving the issues for my apartment, even ones that I forgot to list I the initial request.

Wow! Huge shout out to Jennifer. She not only reached out to me as soon as I submitted an inquiry through Zillow. She absolutely went above and beyond to get me a tour same day as I work 2 jobs and only had the smallest window of opportunity. It didn’t end there. From the tour to the application process she was beyond helpful. I had encountered some hiccups that prevented me from qualifying for a special they had but Jennifer did everything she could to figure out a way for me to successfully have a new place to call home. That kind of care is hard to find. It’s been a long journey to get to this point and to have the process from start to finish be as smooth as it was is a huge blessing. I’m excited to have a place of my own! Thank you so much Jennifer. To anyone reading this, you will absolutely be in goods hands!

Sierra was the best , she caught a problem quick and resolved it . Helped explain everything perfectly and clearly . Helped me find a good internet other than cox, helped me carry my baby as well up the stairs . Sweetest lady seriously!

Sierra's quick and clear communication made the entire process from initial tour to move in incredibly smooth. She broke everything down very clearly from move-in costs to how to request repairs. I was able to view the exact apartment that I moved into which was great. The apartment had a few minor things that maintenance fixed the day after submitting a request. Overall this was a great move-in experience.

Sierra made my move in process incredibly easy, especially coming from another state. The management staff at Maxwell are also very attentive and genuine. They also host fun events during the holidays!

Awesome community and great staff! Perfect location to lovely Cooley Station neighborhood. Great supper from staff and quick maintenance response and care from Paul!
