The office staff Menchie and Sierra are always warm and friendly. The office area is very clean. The maintenance crew is timely and makes every effort to provide a resolution. Paul is Mr Handy Dandy.

Paul the maintenance man saved the day when he literally left church to come fix my air conditioner! So thankful to have such a quality guy taking care of everything!

Moving in from out of state was easy, the leasing office at Maxwell was very communicative and patient. Sierra was a big help and available for consultation when needed. Very honest and clear about pricing

I just moved here from abroad to start at ASU polytechnic. Everyone here at The Maxwell has been welcoming. The apartment is really nice, I have the 1bd 1bath apartment and it’s awesome. Sireea was an amazing person. from day one she helped me through the entire process of moving in and made sure that everything went smoothly. Paul from maintenance did everything to help us. He answered all our questions regarding the apartment’s configuration. They made moving in so much easier!

My mom recently moved here and I wanted to share our experience so far. The leasing process was fairly smooth, and Sierra was always responsive when answering questions before move-in and after the move-in. On the day we got the keys, she was friendly and made sure we had all the information we needed for utilities, parking, and community amenities. The apartment itself matched the photos and description. The unit was generally clean on arrival, and there were no issues. The community seems well-kept, and neighbors I’ve met so far have been welcoming. The amenities are accessible and in good condition. Parking is straightforward, and there’s clear communication on rules and procedures. Overall, the initial move-in experience has been positive, and I’m hopeful the good service continues throughout the lease. Sierra was awesome before and after the move-in.

The staff was very helpful throughout the lease process. The facilities are clean and set up thoughtfully. Even the brief interaction with maintenance was nice. I would recommend giving the Maxwell a look.

The Maxwell is great, they are extremely helpful and good with answering questions allowing move-in to be a breeze! They are super friendly about it too making it easier to ask your questions.

Well, Paul came to my apartment in less than an hour and checked my A/C unit which was down cause, Arizona, right? But he came quickly, went up to see it and said that he'll probably have to call this in. But he did have a solution to my immediate problem which came in the form of a portable AC unit and brought that up really quickly so I do appreciate how expedient he was about it along with receiving the call. Very professional about his work despite how hot it was.
