Silver has been very helpful during the entire move in process. She has answered questions very quickly and was super helpful in providing a solution to me when I was unable to access the pool through the community app. Overall the apartments are clean and quiet.

Great apartments close to the ASU Polytechnic campus. Silver Williams, Assistant Community Manager was incredibly helpful during our tour, keeping us updated on apartment availability, lease signing and follow up after move-in. We could not have asked for someone more helpful. The apartment complex is clean and well cared for. Love having a pool and covered parking. The washer and dryer inside the apartment is an added bonus. The staff are responsive to any questions I may have or assistance needed in the apartment.

I couldn't be more thrilled with my decision to make the Maxwell at Cooley Station my new home! From the moment I stepped foot into this beautiful apartment complex, I knew it was the perfect fit for me. The outstanding amenities, modern design, and convenient location are just a few of the reasons why I am overjoyed to call this place my new home. However, what truly sets the Maxwell at Cooley Station apart is the exceptional service provided by their assistant community manager, Silver Williams. From day one, Silver has gone above and beyond to ensure that my transition to the new apartment was smooth and stress-free. Her warmth and friendly demeanor immediately put me at ease, making me feel like I was already part of a tight-knit community.

I just started living here and I had a great experience with everyone involved! Silver was my main point of contact she was professional, kept me well informed, and updated through out the process! The facilities are very well kept and the location is fantastic! The Apartments are clean and modern!

I recently moved in a month ago and I have really enjoyed living here. The grounds are nice, clean and still look new. I enjoy the gym and the pool area is really nice. My apt is cozy and exactly what I was looking for in my new home search. Silver has been especially helpful with making my move-in process seamless along with the rest of the friendly staff Corinne, Art, Caleb, and Jennifer have all been wonderful.

I was one of the first residents to move in when it opened September 2021. I never had any issues and enjoyed everyday living there. Unfortunately I had to leave in July 2022 due to military orders. The staff was very understanding and accommodating and it was the easiest move out process I ever experienced. Now that my military orders are about to end I reached out in regards to moving back and once again the service was fast, great, and accommodating. I’m looking forward to moving back to Arizona and calling this amazing community home again. 11/13/2023 Third times the charm! Due to being in the military I've had to move out of my apartment for military duty several times. Every time my tour ends the first thing I do is reach out to Silver for availability. Silver always helps me find the right apartment. My move in process is always smooth and easy. Silver always went above and beyond to assist me. She replied to all my emails quickly when I was literally stationed on the other side side of the globe with a 10 hour time difference. This is the only apartments I've lived in since moving to Arizona and this is my third time moving in. The apartments and property is amazing but what keeps me coming back is the great customer service. I just hope that I don't have to leave anytime soon due to military duty. But If i do leave I know Silver will be here to take care of me when I return. Thanks again Silver!!
