I came in for a tour a couple days and it was a very nice and pleasant experience as the staff were very nice and welcoming as they showed me the whole complex and the rooms were very nice !! If you’re wanting to rent an apartment come check this place out.

Been here about a month and love this place! The leasing agents are amazing and very friendly. I needed to move quickly and they had me approved and ready to move in same day. Maintenance staff is very friendly and quick to respond. Love the in unit Samsung washer and dryer. Teamwork makes the dream work! Thank you Maxwell at Cooley Station!

This is a very nice apartment. I loved it. Assistant community manager, Silver Williams is very helpful to answer any query. Good experience.

Due to being in the military I've had to move out of my apartment for military duty several times. Every time my tour ends the first thing I do is reach out to Silver for availability. Silver always helps me find the right apartment. My move in process is always smooth and easy. Silver always went above and beyond to assist me. She replied to all my emails quickly when I was literally stationed across the globe with a 10 hour time difference. This is the only apartments I've lived in since moving to Arizona and this is my third time moving in. The apartments and property are amazing but what keeps me coming back is the great customer service. I just hope that I don't have to leave anytime soon due to military duty. But If i do leave I know Silver will be here to take care of me when I return.
