APARTMENT REVIEWS IN Mesa

My mom recently moved here and I wanted to share our experience so far. The leasing process was fairly smooth, and Sierra was always responsive when answering questions before move-in and after the move-in. On the day we got the keys, she was friendly and made sure we had all the information we needed for utilities, parking, and community amenities. The apartment itself matched the photos and description. The unit was generally clean on arrival, and there were no issues. The community seems well-kept, and neighbors I’ve met so far have been welcoming. The amenities are accessible and in good condition. Parking is straightforward, and there’s clear communication on rules and procedures. Overall, the initial move-in experience has been positive, and I’m hopeful the good service continues throughout the lease. Sierra was awesome before and after the move-in.

The staff was very helpful throughout the lease process. The facilities are clean and set up thoughtfully. Even the brief interaction with maintenance was nice. I would recommend giving the Maxwell a look.

The Maxwell is great, they are extremely helpful and good with answering questions allowing move-in to be a breeze! They are super friendly about it too making it easier to ask your questions.

Well, Paul came to my apartment in less than an hour and checked my A/C unit which was down cause, Arizona, right? But he came quickly, went up to see it and said that he'll probably have to call this in. But he did have a solution to my immediate problem which came in the form of a portable AC unit and brought that up really quickly so I do appreciate how expedient he was about it along with receiving the call. Very professional about his work despite how hot it was.

Great management! I met with Menchie months before I was able to move in, but she and the rest of the team (Sierra and Lisa) were fantastic to work with throughout the entire process. Sierra was super helpful on move-in day as well, sorting out any questions I had. The courtyards and pool are well-kept, units are nice, and Cox Fiber services the complex. Highly recommend this place!

Very pleased with the office staff. Always and readily available to help with any questions. They made settling in very smooth. Definitely recommend! A big thank you to Sierra and Menchie for their help and support during the moving in process.

This place is well organized. The location is closed to Walmart, Polytec campus, other infra. Rent price is affordable, everything is quicly processed. Officers are really nice and kind. The rooms are clean and new, satisfying for new home.

I have been very pleased with all office staff from day one when I first moved in back in November 2024. I want to take a moment to recognize the amazing team, Menchie, Sierra, Jennifer, Lisa, and anyone else I may not have mentioned by name that work in the office. They have consistently been professional, helpful, and genuinely caring toward the residents. They always greet with a smile! Whether I’ve had a maintenance request or a general question, they have always responded promptly and efficiently. It’s clear they take pride in their work and are committed to making this a great place to live. Their dedication, kindness, and attention to detail do not go unnoticed by me and I am sure by others as well. I’d also like to take a moment to recognize the maintenance team, (particularly Paul) for his outstanding work in keeping the apartment complex well maintained. Paul has consistently responded to maintenance requests promptly and efficiently. He is both professional and friendly, and it’s clear that he too takes great pride in his work as well. Thank you all for everything you do!

Sierra was very helpful and accommodating to my situation. Overall the leasing office was helpful and willing to work out issues I had.
