I just moved in about a month ago and I have really enjoyed my time here so far. It’s clean, people are respectful and I have been very comfortable.

Sighed our son up at The Maxwell at Cooley Station. Jennifer took care of us. Awesome tour of the model apartment and the tour of the grounds. All our questions were answered and great communication with her.

Great apartment in a great complex. They have a lot of great amenities including a gym, pool, places to store bicycles, off-leash dog run, etc. Staff are also really friendly and helpful whenever the need arose.

Great apartments to live at, great location, any questions or concerns I had were promptly answered. Sierra was great. Not much else to say outside of great service is what that is.

I can't say enough great things about The Maxwell at Cooley Station. From the moment I moved in, the experience has been nothing short of exceptional. The community is beautiful, well-maintained, and truly feels like home. But what really makes this place stand out is the amazing staff. Huge shoutout to Menchie, Paul, Jennifer, Art, Crishelle, and Sierra—each of them goes above and beyond to make sure residents feel valued and taken care of. Whether it’s quick maintenance responses, friendly interactions, or just their dedication to making this community the best it can be, they absolutely deserve recognition. If you’re looking for an apartment complex that combines luxury, convenience, and a team that genuinely cares, The Maxwell at Cooley Station is the place to be. Highly recommend!

Girls at the Front office are the best here!! If you need anything they are the most helpful and they are great!!

I’m a new resident at The Maxwell and so far I have had a good experience. I have to give a huge shout out to Paul on the maintenance team. One of the first nights I was here I locked myself out of my apartment (they have smart lock key pads for the doors) so I called the office after hours and left a message for the maintenance line hoping for a resolution. Paul came quickly and was eager to assist. He was helpful, cheerful, and truly a great employee. He showed me how to change the batteries in the key pad and offered help anytime. Thank you Paul for coming to the rescue!!
